Missed appointments in July 2024

In July, a total of 254 of our patients did not attend their appointments.

Missed appointments cost the NHS millions of pounds every year, and it puts added pressure on our receptionists by not being able to offer appointments to poorly patients.

We ask that if you are unable to attend any appointments that you cancel them so they can be used for other patients. To rearrange please contact the surgery on 0115 986 1128
