Repeat Prescriptions

Please allow 48 working hours for a repeat prescription to be produced.

We accept repeats at the reception desk or by post.

Alternatively you can order online via the link at the top of this page. To apply for your user name and password you’ll need to come in to the surgery and register. You’ll need to bring proof of identity, including at least one form of photo ID, such as passport or driving licence, and evidence of your address, so we can be sure we’re giving access to the right person.

We do not accept them by phone unless you are elderly or housebound and in that case please call after 10:30.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor  or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notifications should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
